The Slipway is Dar es Salaam's premier waterfront shopping and leisure centre. The Slipway began life as a boatyard, from which you can still set sail. Their boats leave regularly for the nearby island of Bongoyo, the first marine reserve in Tanzania. Fishing trips, cruises and sea crossings to Mafia, Zanzibar and Pemba can also be arranged. Find out more: http://myde.st/1qwW
